In-8 (182 x 123 mm): 276 pp., [2] ff. Covers and spine preserved. Burgundy half-morocco with corners, rounded grains, blind-stamped separation, ribbed spine, title and author in gilt, top edge in gilt.

Original edition, Presentation copy.
Very fine copy printed on Lafuma Vergé pur fil (n°385), third paper printed in 1000 copies after 15 on Imperial Japan and 40 on Hollande Van Gelder.

Our work is enriched by a dedication from the author to Clovis Piérard (1896-1974), Belgian politician who was a senator between 1946 and 1947 as well as journalist and director of La Province de Mons.

Slightly sunned spine with a very clean interior.
