In-4 (228 x 185 mm), 2 volumes: T.1 - 368 pp, [2] ff; T.2 - 361 pp, [3] ff. covers and spine preserved. Light brown half-basane with corners, spine with false-nerves decorated with gilt roulette, double gilt fillet along the spine, boxes decorated with a central flower and gilt leaves at the corners, roulette at the head and tail of the spine.
First edition.
A very fine copy by Byron, one of 165 copies on Arches vellum reprinted in In-4 Tellieres format.
