Beautiful letter, very graphic, written in blue, green and red grease pencil with an addition in blue ink to his friend Max Pellequer about the economic difficulties.

Picasso left Vallauris for his villa ‘La Californie’ in Cannes in 1955, in the company of Jacqueline Roque, whom he married in 1961. He lived in this villa until 1965.
