Original edition.
Copy on current paper decorated with a frontispiece portrait of the author by Raymonde Heudebert. Presentation copy from the author to Edouard de Rothschild: “a Germaine de Rothschild en très affectueux hommage Henry Bernstein”.

Spine unstained with corners, head and spine ends rubbed.
