Full burgundy morocco, decorated with fine and bold gilt fillets forming a geometric design on the covers, smooth spine decorated with fine gilt fillets with a bold gilt fillet in the centre, gilt author and title, gilt scroll and gilt fillet on the edges, gilt head, red morocco lining with gilt fillet in the surround, a mosaic fleur-de-lys in the centre and gilt fillets including a bold fillet in the spandrels (A. Mieg).
Illustrated edition.
It is illustrated with 35 off-text soft varnishes in colour by Omer Bouchery.
Edition of 1000 copies, here one of 750 on Rives vellum.
