Full red morocco, double gilt fillet on covers, smooth spine decorated, title and tomaison stamped in gold, gilt edges, inner roulette, blue tabis endpapers (contemporary binding).

Illustrated edition.
Our very rare copy includes all 24 engravings by Queverdo in double state, including the etching before the letter for the portrait engraved by Gaucher after Vivien.
