Beautiful copy printed on Holland paper (no. 234).
Binding signed Pagnant (1851-1916), famous bookbinder of the late 19th century who studied his trade in the Chambolle-Duru workshop and was close to Octave Uzanne.

Upper corner of the first cover compressed, spine sunned with a clean interior, small tear of 1 cm not affecting the text on page 102.
